Permission to Operate Drone

I hereby grant permission for Hytreks LLC to operate a drone over and around the property listed below for the purpose of capturing aerial photographs and/or video.

I understand that while Hytreks LLC operates in compliance with FAA regulations and adheres to safety best practices, drone operations carry some inherent risks. I acknowledge that Hytreks LLC carries appropriate commercial drone insurance coverage and will take reasonable precautions to conduct a safe and professional flight.

Media Usage Permission

I also grant Hytreks LLC, and any partner or client businesses, the right to use any photographs or video footage captured during this session for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, promotional materials, and portfolios.

I understand that the images and footage will be used professionally and respectfully, and no personal or sensitive information (such as house numbers, license plates, or identifiable individuals) will be publicly shared without my separate written consent. This permission is granted without expectation of compensation and applies worldwide and in perpetuity.

Client Acknowledgment

• I confirm I have the authority to grant access to and permission for drone operations on this property.

• I understand I may request specific limitations (e.g., areas to avoid, privacy concerns) before the shoot begins.

• I have read and understood this agreement and consent to the drone flight and media usage outlined above.
